From wild wrestling matches one minute to sweet hugs the next, having sons is sure to keep you on your toes. I am pregnant with my third boy and I am delighted to bring another energetic, chaotic, creative, smart and funny boy to our family. And while I would love to have a daughter someday, I’m also a proud #BoyMom, like many celebrities.

Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Megan Fox, and other famous moms love being parents to all boys and spoke about the unique challenges of raising sons. From fun things you need to remind your boys about to breaking gender stereotypes, these moms gave inspiring advice on teaching sons to be respectful, be kind to others, and embrace their emotional side.
For example, Stefani said she would be “proud to have a gay son” because she just wants her children (Kingston, 15, Zuma, 13, and Apollo, 7) “to be happy”. Spears has spoken about her special mother-son bond on Instagram several times, referring to her relationship with sons Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15. And Fox, mom to Noah, 9, Bodhi, 7, and Journey, 5, spoke about teaching her sons to build confidence and express themselves. It’s so encouraging to see!
